Garden Fresh Market in Spencer is interesting.



The place has some fresh vegetables and nuts available for purchase, as well as some packaged candies and sauces.



They do also have food made to order, as well.



In addition to daily plated specials, they also serve breakfast, sandwiches, salads and wraps using deli meats and cheeses.



I ordered the daily meatloaf special, which came with mashed potatoes, corn and a roll.



There are two main schools of thought when it comes to meatloaf: Tomato-based or brown gravy-based sauce.



I fall into the former camp, as I'm not a big fan of brown gravy in general. So, this wasn't my particular preference. It's more homestyle - kinda one note in texture and flavor for my taste. Though, I know folks who this would suit perfectly.
