If there is ice cream, I will find it.
The Caboose Ice Cream Parlor in Elkins has a cute train theme, which is fitting since it's right outside a train station.
They have gallons of all kinds of different flavors.
But, of course, I set out for something caramel-ly, and salty delicious.
It began falling off the cone, so a cup was necessary to contain all the goodness.

The Fourth Annual BrewFest CharlieWest was held Saturday at Appalachian Power Park.
It was also my first Power game in years, so I was excited to check out the baseball game.
The team recently moved from an affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates to one of the Seattle Mariners.
And, there were local craft breweries from around the state set up throughout the game.
So, it was a win-win for me.
My friend Maggie and I purchased general admission tickets and then purchased our beers separately.
I made a beeline to the Greenbrier Valley Brewing Company tent because I wanted to get my hands on a Zona's Revenge.
Tasty!
And the Power Park is home to some new foods that I hadn't tried before.
Have you heard of Got Jerk! Island Bar and Grill?
Maggie and I both decided to try something from the new menu.
I went with "Buffalo Soulja Chicken Nachos" which has buffalo chicken dip, diced tomatoes and jalapenos.
Maggie ordered the "Pulled Pork Sundae," which has a fried tortilla bowl, pulled pork topped with slaw and a cherry tomato.

Our new flagship, Zona’s Revenge Witbier, named for Zona Heaster Shue aka The Greenbrier Ghost, is a wonderfully light refreshing Belgian-style wheat ale. Slightly cloudy in appearance, Zona offers a zesty orange, melon, fruity finish with hints of herbs and spices. Enjoy this pearly, refreshing Witbier while relaxing on the deck, or in a growler by the water. Zona’s Revenge is our former popular Lilly Dipper seasonal.

Now, I've been to the Delmonte Market before.
But, now there are two small businesses operating out of this cool market.
There's The Crossing Coffee Bar.
This coffee bar is small, but mighty.
They have some creative latte flavors and some unique coffee blends.
Of course, I tried the salted caramel. Mmm.
And there's also The Market Creamery.
Now, this is essentially on the side of the coffee bar. But I believe they're separate.
But their ice cream flavors sound so good!

This old country store in Harman is home to many things.
Bread, milk, local honey, guns, antiques.
And, it's also home to a kitchen with sandwiches, hot dogs, breakfast and more.
Looking over the menu, I had a tough time deciding.
It's actually quite lengthy!
Ultimately, I ordered an Italian sub and perused the store until it was ready.
There were so many other goodies I was tempted to buy:
Pepperoni rolls!
Raw honey.
Local maple syrup.
I loved this decor/antique.
Plus some primitive decorations.
Once my sandwich was ready, I picked it up from the kitchen and headed to the front of the store to purchase it.
It's huge!
I got it with all the fixins - lettuce, tomato, mayo, Italian, deli meats & cheeses. That's the only way to go.
