Morgantown has recently seen an increase in healthy shops - smoothies, juices and more.
Get Fit Juices & Shakes is the most recent addition to Fort Pierpont Road. 
The shop features juices and shakes, of course, but also acai bowls, supplements, salads and more.
I went with a "Berry Fusion" smoothie, which included raspberry, strawberry and blueberry.

Another DiCarlo's location?! You got it. This one, over in Wintersville, is one of the original locations. The white building with columns is striking.
I ordered two pieces and took them immediately to my car to eat. I always find it interesting when DiCarlo's locations put the cheese on after the toppings - pepperoni included. Long shreds of cheese here and quite crispy.
Shepherdstown is home to a ton of great little shops and unique restaurants, like Devonshire Arms Cafe & Pub.
This is an authentic English Cafe & Pub, owned and operated by Carolyn Litwack who is from Devon, England. She features a pasty of the day and her famous teas! It's the menu that you loved with some new additions/ Open 7 days a week with limited outdoor seating.
The Story of The Devonshire Arms-- Built in 1900 to construct and repair horse drawn carriages, the Devonshire Arms is located in the heart of Shepherdstown, WV. We are just a stone's throw from the historic Entler hotel and the town's main thoroughfare. This home away from home is the best preserved town in West Virginia, and the oldest!
The building later served a variety of occupants including an interior decorator, a mortgage lender and an artist, and is now home to the Devonshire Arms Cafe and Pub. Through these years, the owners have taken care to preserve its historic look and feel. Notice the wood-beamed ceiling that held the block and tackle to raise the carriage chassis and the wide doorway which rolled open to allow carriages to exit. What you may not see however is the ghost of one previous owner who, occupants claim, wanders about at all hours. Ask the owners!
As you open the door to the Devonshire, delight in the art that lines the walls - all by artists of the Eastern Panhandle. It's a varied and imaginative collection showcasing a wealth of local talent. Enjoy our extensive offering of light fare, sandwiches, sweets and custom-roasted coffee in a relaxed convivial atmosphere.
I recently learned about pasties, so I was most excited to try one of those.
On this particular day, they had a beef and potato pasty. with onion and spices wrapped in a flaky pastry crust.
It came with a huge side of salad. And the dressing of parmesan and garlic was warm - like a topping for wings.

I hadn't until recently - because the one in the Books-A-Million is the only in West Virginia.
Yogurt Mountain is a chain, but without many froyo spots in Charleston, this one was calling my name.
I went for a strawberry yogurt and topped with all sorts of goodies - marshmallows, kiwi, gummi bears, chocolate chip cookie dough. Just everything.
