I think I've tried just about everything there is to eat at the mall. Except Fresh Wraps & Grill.

This food court spot is a counter-service concept that essentially makes a wrap - or salad - right in front of you.

Since these are made-to-order, you can create it however you want. They do have a few premade selections you can work from. And I went with a buffalo chicken wrap with all kinds of delicious vegetables.
What's your favorite combo?

I'm slowly making my way through the Mexican restaurants in Charleston, and Las Trancas was next on the list.

This Mexican restaurant, located on Corridor G, is a bit newer and more modern than some others in the area.

The menu has the standard options, and I always try to find something that is essentially a burrito covered in queso because mmm.

Las Trancas, I believe, has a few other restaurants in the state.

First, queso and salsa.

I swear, I could just live on the queso.

Enchiladas Mar y Tierra - one potato, shrimp & crab, and shredded beef enchilada covered in cheese sauce!

Mountain Pie Company has a location in Hurricane, and another here in St. Albans.

The really cool thing about this pizza place is that it overlooks the river. So, perfect for those days where you want to relax.

I ordered some pepperoni rolls, which are served with their signature pizza sauce.

The Freaky Greek pizza with olive oil base, Mediterranean feta, tomatoes, spinach, roasted red peppers, Kalamata olives and red onions then drizzled with a balsamic glaze.

Poke has made its way to Charleston!

Bar 101 has a few poke options on its lunch menu - the poke bowl with tuna or salmon, or a tuna poke salad.

This is the tuna poke bowl! Have you tried it yet?
