A juice is always perfect for a roadtrip. So, we stopped at Franklin Juice Co. to get our fix.
Franklin Juice Co. has acai bowls, juices, kits and cleanses and more.
"Since our inception in 2014, we have been resolute in our commitment to sourcing the highest quality certified organic produce for our cold-pressed juices and açaà bowls.
With every juice & açaà bowl you purchase, you are helping us support the hard-working organic farmers who refuse to spray our fruits and veggies with toxic chemicals.
Together, we are changing American agriculture, protecting our environment, and creating a sustainable and healthy model of eating and drinking for our future generations!" -Brett Henry, Founder of the Franklin Juice Co.

I went with a small "Rio" smoothie, which has strawberries, blueberries, mango, banana and apple juice. Yummy!

Pink Door Pizza in Moundsville was recommended to me as one of the best pepperoni rolls in the area.

If there's one thing Nashville does really well, it's brunch.

The belle of 12 South“, this ”higher-end neighborhood spot“ impresses with ”innovative“ yet ”comforting“ American cuisine that ”changes seasonally“, plus ”fabulous“ desserts and ”approachable“ wines delivered by servers who ”will not steer you wrong“; decked out with tufted red banquettes and tile floors, the stylish space works well for both ”date nights“ and ”lively" meet-ups with friends and is also popular for brunch.

The menu features all sorts of yummy brunch options, and I went with the "duck confit and sweet potato hash with poached egg and sage hollandaise."

Led by chef Andy Little, whose distinct and thoughtful cuisine has earned him two James Beard semifinalist nominations since its 2013 opening, Josephine is an American restaurant located in the vibrant 12 South neighborhood of Nashville where the Pennsylvania Dutch roots of Little’s upbringing meet Southern hospitality. A small, carefully selected list of wines chosen by General Manager and Sommelier Karen Van Guilder Little and expertly crafted signature cocktails accompany the restaurant’s dinner and weekend brunch menus. Whether you’re coming in for a special occasion or dropping in for a drink at the bar, Josephine’s dedication to gracious hospitality promises a warm and refined experience for every guest.

Big Spring Fork is a new restaurant in the former Fiddlehead space.
