Hill & Hollow hosted its "Ramp-A-Rama" Beer Pairing dinner a couple weeks ago, and my good friend Leah and I went to check it out. My motivation was partially for a ramp column I wrote for the Charleston Gazette-Mail and partially because I really like good food.

I really loved the previous ramp dinner I went to with MK, and this one was no different. The spareribs were to die for, and that ramp sorbet is still incredible. I always love trying a little bit of something new, and it pays off -- I can now say I've eaten camel :)
