The Forum is an Italian restaurant at The Greenbrier.
"Classic hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza made with the best imported semolina flour, burrata cheese and handpicked preserved tomatoes from The Greenbrier Chef’s Garden is a house specialty. The menu also features classically authentic dishes with influences from all of Italy for the American palate."
I went for the Fresh Mushroom Tortellini with house cheese blend and pancetta.
So many yummy sounded menu items.

I recently tried In-Fusion at The Greenbrier for the first time.
The Asian-themed restaurant has small plates from various parts of China, Japan, Korea and Thailand.
I started with an order of Crab Rangoon - Crab and Cream Cheese, Sriracha Mayonnaise
The General Tso’s Chicken was my choice.
It's Orange Marinated Fried Chicken, Steamed Broccoli, Steamed Rice. Have you been?
The Greenbrier is full of delicious dining options, but when you're tired, there's one that hits the spot: The Pizza Shoppe.
"The coal-fired oven featured in The Pizza Shoppe is one of only two in the state with average temperatures of 590-680 degrees Fahrenheit. Anthracite coal, known to hold temperatures longer than any other type, is supplemented by heat from the solid granite slab to combine that signature smokey flavor with more even cooking of your freshly prepared pizza."
LOBSTER, BASIL & GARLIC OIL (Aragosta, Basilico E Agilo) House Tomato Sauce, Sautéed Lobster, Grilled and Pickled Peppers, Tomatoes Mozzarella, Arugula.

You know what's perfect on a hot summer day?
A smoothie, of course.
While walking the grounds of The Greenbrier, I stumbled upon Springhouse Smoothies.
Real talk, that smoothie of the day drew me in.
They also have housemade granola if you're looking for a snack!
The mixed berry has raspberries, blackberries, strawberries & banana!
White Sulphur Springs really has some very cute restaurants.
Meghan, Sara and I checked out 50 East, which had a cute outdoor seating area and huge interior.
The menu has a few items that stood out to me: oyster po'boy, fried green tomato sandwich, and even the reuben.
To start, we ordered the West Virginia Eggrolls, which were full of pulled pork with barbecue sauce, and shredded cheese.
For my entree, I went with the tuna nicoise salad. It's ahi tuna with green beans, red onions, olives and red potatoes.
What's your favorite item here?
I'll be honest: I don't know much about golf.
But I do know Sam Snead is important, and there's a restaurant in his honor at The Greenbrier.
And it overlooks the golf course. How cool.
The theme is neat, with touches of green and an old-school class.
This art piece outside is so neat!
Some bites of toasted bread to start.
And their take on a lobster roll! I don't know that I've seen a lobster roll offered anywhere else in the state, so I was excited to try this.

There are lots of restaurants at The Greenbrier.
But I love the Main Dining Room.
It just seems so elegant. And it's right in the middle of everything!
I came down for breakfast - but first, coffee.
I love these little mini jars of jam at the table!
Smoothie palate cleanser
Most people opted for the buffet, but when I saw the salmon bagel on the menu, my day was made. And that may be the fanciest salmon bagel I've ever seen.
And I always try to get a side of fruit. I love a little sweetness on the side!
One of the restaurants at the very top of my West Virginia wishlist has been Prime 44 West.
Located in The Greenbrier, it's certainly a "special occasion" restaurant on my budget.
It is Jerry West-themed and even features some of his memorabilia.
I recently splurged so I could try the place that was featured on "Best Thing I Ever Ate."
The restaurant is elegant, with a touch of sports bar - in the best way.
Like this!
The restaurant is known for its steak, and I knew I wanted the potatoes, so it made for an easy decision.
But, first, bread! Including the cornbread from First Lady Cathy Justice.
Here are those famous lobster mashed potatoes!
Love these little touches!
And, of course, filet mignon with the house steaksauce!
