Blaze Pizza, a made-to-order counter service restaurant, opened recently in Morgantown.



You go down the line, deciding what kind of dough, sauce and toppings.











My pizza with classic dough and sauce, topped with mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, roasted garlic, mushrooms and a balsamic glaze.

This alternative coffee shop features local coffee from Mountain Roaster, with some cool things for sale, a clothes closet and a pay-what-you-can model.

Sweet-A-Licious, an ice cream and coffee stop in Buckhannon, also happened to have a baked potato bar which made for a nice lunch.

Fish Hawk Acres opened a market in Buckhannon that has refrigerated meals, goods, and even made-to-order lunches.
