Let's Eat is a small restaurant located in Heritage Station that is open during weekday lunch hours. So even though it's been around for some time, I only was able to visit it fairly recently.

"Let's Eat is a fresh food fast eatery located in Heritage Station that serves hand made naanadas, muffalettas, and ciabattas. I use locally grown herbs, vegetables and ingredients to bring you wholesome real food. Everyone is entitled to eat fresh delicious food and making it fast only sweetens the experience. Hours of operation are Tuesday - Saturday 11 a.m.- 2 p.m."

One item on their menu I had never heard of: Grilled Naanadas
"A naanada is my version of a grilled sandwich that combines the flavors of a piada which is a flat bread sandwich made popular in Italy and the Greek pita flat bread. Naan is a traditional flat bread originating in India. It's light and airy and I make it fresh every day. It perfectly compliments the intense flavors I bring together to make the world's one and only NAANADA! All delicious Naanadas are hand made and stuffed with savory meat, sauce and vegetable love! Whenever possible, we use locally grown ingredients from the Wild Ramp. Here are a few of my favorite grilled hot selections with lots of cheesy and saucy goodness all nestled in a hand made naan flat bread. If you're trying to lose the carbs just get it in a bowl."
I ordered "The Carnegie" - Smoked salmon rolled in pasta, feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, banana peppers, onions and three amazing sauces with lettuce. I've never had like a pasta salad on a sandwich. But now I'm hooked.

I've never seen a store dedicated only to honey until Asheville.

Bee Charmer is a known for pure and raw honey.

They have a tasting bar set up to try all the different kinds.

One of them is Sourwood, a local specialty.

So, I went with that one to take home.

Do you have a favorite type of honey?

My third Appalachian Mercantile box came in! And I'm so exited for some jam, a card, coffee, a little wooden tree, chocolate bar and shower scents.

Who doesn't love a food truck? ESPECIALLY one that specializes in cheese?!

Truckin' Cheesy is a Huntington-based food truck that serves up cheeseburgers, ham sandwiches, philly cheesesteaks, and sides of nachos and crinkle fries.

So I ordered the "Cheesin' Philly" - Two grilled cheese sandwiches with Colby/jack on toast; folded in half& loaded with our savory Philly beef or chicken, onions, bell peppers, & melted cheese sauce.

If that doesn't look delicious, I don't know what does.
