I have been waiting for Monkey Wrench Books to open for quite some time, so I was pleased to see them operating during my last visit – and not only that, there was a surprise coffee shop inside! A locally owned bookstore and coffee shop is a welcome addition Morgantown. They have a nice little selection of Appalachian books and cooking books, which are the two I'm most interested in. Unfortunately, no The West Virginia Pepperoni Roll book...yet. I found the perfect warm beverage. Hot chocolate + strawberry + cryptid inspired name? Meet The Mothman. Sweet, hot, frothy goodness.
