Kanawha County Ribfest is happening now through Sunday at Shawnee Sports Complex! There are three rib vendors right now: - Carolina Rib King (Spartansburg, South Carolina) I ordered the "teaser" ribs, which is 3-4 bones. Plus mac & cheese. A nice sweet and tangy sauce. - Cowboys Barbeque & Rib Company (Fort Worth, Texas) I got another teaser here, plus potato salad and cornbread. These ones were a bit less meaty, but still tender.
