Bridgeport is doing such cool stuff - from food to events.

One new development is Koin Coffee & Crepes.

This local coffee shop roasts its own beans and has the perfect accompaniment: crepes.

So I went to check it out and get my tummy full.

The space is really minimal and modern.

The coffee is roasted in-house.

And the crepes are made right in front of you.

I ordered an 8 oz. honey latte, because it looked like their own spin on a traditional latte.

And I also ordered a blueberry, strawberry and nutella crepe to go.

It's tough to think about an even better combo than these two!

The warm and bitter complements the sweet and soft. Perfect breakfast.

I was surprised and excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant in Weirton.
Pho Ha Nam is located where the old Walmart used to be (Weirton looks so different to me now!).
They primarily have pho and banh mi, but I saw pad thai on the menu - which is one of my all-time favorites. So I went with that and a strawberry smoothie boba.
Both are so tasty!
If I had to combine two delicious items, it would be coffee and ice cream.
And this shop in Nutter Fort beat me to it: Black and White Coffee and Ice Cream.
This shop is so cute, with clean white and black accents and a cool, modern vibe.
The menu features espresso, coffee, pastries, ice cream - and my favorite - the specialties.
Those include brownie a la mode, double delight (which is an ice cream donut sandwich) and "Black N White" which comes in a shake or cup. And, it's a mixture of espresso an ice cream. This is the kind of fusion I'm here for.
I went for a Black N White shake with Moose Tracks ice cream.
This is my favorite way to consume coffee.
While here, I also had to grab a pepperoni roll.
And a brownie with peanut butter icing.
Have you been?
Tudor's is spread far and wide in West Virginia, and eventually I might hit them all.
While leaving town, I stopped at Lewisburg's Tudor's for a quick breakfast.
I went with my go-to: a sausage biscuit with grape jelly.
These biscuits were HUGE - about double the size of my local store. It completely covered the sausage in fresh, fluffy goodness.
