Huntington is home to some really great restaurants, and some fun ones, too.
Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse made a name for itself locally when it advertised "all you can eat sushi." And, while this sounds like a dream, on this particular day, I didn't feel like completely gorging myself.
Instead, I opted for an order of pad thai and just one sushi roll.
First, the pad thai. It was in this sweet & sour sauce, which made it much sweeter than usual.
And, I went for the Christmas roll, which had shrimp tempura, crab, avocado, cream cheese, etc.
Both totally filling and tasty. And, they have a sushi counter and teppanyaki if you'd rather try those than the regular dining room. For me? Next time, it'll be the all you can eat sushi.
