Since the last time I visited TK's Fruit Produce & Bubble Tea, they've added a full lunch menu. I was due for another visit.
TK's sells fresh fruit and produce, but there's also a cafe portion where you can get prepared dishes.
They have lunch buffets and specials that change, but they also have a set menu. That's where I was looking.
Their dishes are all vegetarian - and most are vegan, too, I believe!
Here's a breakdown of what I got: Pan-fried dumplings, pad thai noodles and a bubble tea.
The dumplings were good, and the sauce was packing some heat. The noodles were okay. And the bubble tea was great. This is a good option for folks who may be looking to go more veggie - though even some of my most carnivorous friends are big fans, too.

You may recall NOSH opening recently on the East End of Charleston, but it just moved downtown in a much more visible spot and much more seating.
Gold, white, and plants cover the new restaurant from top to bottom. It has a trendy vibe.
The menu has hoagies, chicken salad croissants, hot dogs, shrimp tacos, and more, so it's an eclectic menu.
The NOSH Hoagie caught my eye since it's the namesake - slow roasted honey glazed ham, turkey breast, pepperoni, middle cut bacon, pan sauteed chicken breast, swiss cheese, mayo, sriracha crema, romaine lettuce and tomato.
There was maybe a bit too much going on here. It all just kinda got muddied together. I really wanted to get the flavor of that sriracha crema, but it's clearly a sandwich made for a carnivore with all that meat.
It came with a side of onion rings. I'm not sure how exactly I ended up with a side of macaroni salad, too, but I enjoyed it. But the star of the show was a maple bread pudding that was *chef's kiss* divine.

Technically this Tudor's Biscuit World is in Mineral Wells, but it might as well be Parkersburg's Tudor's.
We're taking it back to the OG here: the sausage biscuit. This was my go-to before embarking on the whole biscuit menu. I top it with grape jelly, and you get that perfect sweet and salty combo.
Sometimes the sausage patties can be little hockey pucks, so it can be hit or miss. But this one was decent - little small. Little dry.

Sam's Hot Dog Stand is a well-known hot dog joint in southern West Virginia. And me, being me, decided to try all of them so I can complete the list. Well, friends, this is one of the last ones.
We're at a gas station on Robert C. Byrd Drive in Beckley. The Sam's has a whole separate section with an awning, and those are my favorite. It looks like a true little shop of its own.
And on this day, I somehow got lucky! They were giving out a coupon for two free hot dogs with any purchase. So I purchased a pepperoni roll and a drink and got two hot dogs - with ketchup and onion on this day.
I'm always a fan of the English bun, so that was perfect. Nice little hot dog overall.
The pepperoni roll, though, was definitely homemade and really tasty. Just a touch over the "well done" side, but good nonetheless.
