Inside of Findlay Market, there is Dojo Gelato.

A city market AND handcrafted Italian-style ice cream? Am I in heaven?

I tried the Bee's Knees: sweet cream gelato with wildflower honey and honeycomb.

And I got their sea salt caramel, which is made with caramel sauce, sea salt and Madagascar vanilla bean.

Both of these were so, so tasty. But I'm a sucker for all frozen treats.
