I ordered the Apple Pizza, which was made to order right in front of me.
The wood-fired pizzas feature blistered crusts with lightly charred edges, a crisp exterior, and a chewy interior that provides a sturdy base for all those fresh toppings.
The Apple Pizza combines house onion jam, thinly sliced apples, and white cheddar on a wood-fired crust, with the option to add bacon for an extra savory element, creating a balance of sweet fruit, sharp cheese, and smoky flavors.

Farmer’s Table is a family-owned restaurant located in Mathias, in the heart of Hardy County’s Lost River Valley. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a slogan of "field to fork."
It has a sort of down home, country vibe. Simple, clean, a bit hodge-podge.
I ordered a western omelet, which was made with 2 local eggs, cheddar, ham, onion, peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms. I couldn't believe the absolute overflowing filling from this omelet. A little salsa on the side, and I was golden. All for only $9.
