Who knew that a simple, handheld waffle would be such a big draw to skiiers after a long day on the slope? Apparently, it is to folks at Snowshoe and I got a quick bite of this one! Mm!

Whiskey Taco, the much-awaited sister restaurant to Tortilla Factory, has finally opened in Hurricane, and people are lining out the door to try it.
