Summersville continues to develop, and I love seeing all the new shops come in.


One restaurant that recently came onto my radar is Ichicban Japanese Steak House.


Though I wanted hibachi food without the experience, I also didn't want to pass up some of the sushi either.


First, some miso soup.


Then a salad with ginger dressing.


And finally, the chicken and noodles.



My sushi was the "Snow White Roll," which had crab, cream cheese, avocado and crunchies. Do you have a favorite roll here?
