If you love mac 'n cheese as much as I do, you do not want to miss the Second Annual Motown Mac N' Cheese Cook-Off on Saturday, Aug. 8. I went last year and had so much fun! They even graciously invited me back this year to be a judge.

So far, the competitors include Soul Brothers, Black Bear, Iron Horse Tavern, Terra Cafe, Hash Browns & New Grounds, Tailpipes and the Regatta Bar & Grille. PLUS, there is a hometown cooks component new this year! 

After the initial event, they've made some changes this year to hopefully make things run super smooth. There will be two tastings: one from 2-3 p.m. and one from 3-4 p.m. So, figure out which time slot works best for you and get your tickets! They are limiting each session to 300 tickets max. So make sure you get yours ASAP. Plus, they're only $12 online and $15 at the door. 

I'm already salivating over what Terra Cafe is going to bring. They had their macaroni and cheese as a special at the restaurant after the competition, and I went back to get more. It was THAT good. And Tailpipes blew my mind, too. So delicious.
