Tudor's Biscuit World held a brand-new event at Capitol Market, as a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish. The Jam Off brought together both professional and amateur jam/jelly makers, and the public could purchase tasting tickets to enjoy jam on a Tudor's Biscuit.
